Little grey riding hood! I find that starting with a value sketch can be very powerful in getting the contrast down properly! This time I was going for slightly more cinematic feel, vs the usual dead-centre-ish composition~

i saw this piece reposted on other sites and i thought it was WLOPs too..thank gods google can back trace images otherwise i would have made a horrible mistake ;w; After two seconds though you can see they have different styles..especially after you look at other pieces from Guweiz.
