A great movie, interpreted by an amazing artist. incredible job GUWEIZ. i just noticed that I referenced to you as Jay in my last post, I apologize. I,m just getting used to the listing profiles for Artwork. Anyhow, I love the depth you built in this picture by making the foreground blurred. This effect really focuses the viewers eye on the focal point. As Always amazing color choice, though you based it off the film, its always an awesome experience getting to see how different artists interpret different scenes. My favorite part I would say is your use of cool grays in the hair to express your plain changes as well as your side in shadow. using Darker pigment grays in a colorful scene is a hard effect for most Artists to master. You did a fantastic job picking a gray that matched the surrounding color palate. So Kudos to you. Keep up your Amazing Work as always.

Great work! I like the detail in the hair and the squirrel fox and hand in the foreground. Nausicaa was the first Japanese comic I ever read. She is one of my all time favorite characters.

It is a pity, yes, but I sometimes wonder how well the latter portions of the series would have truly been received at the time the film was made.
