Cynthia is the champion from Sinnoh if I recall. I don't know what type of Pokemon she has, but she knows to battle seriously. I would say is she's beautiful and has spunky on how she battles. She trusts Garchomp because it believes in her when in battle. Unfortunately, Cynthia doesn't have the spunk as she's turning into Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man. I forgot to say the sculptural version is made by the late Enzo Plazzotta. It's located in London's Belgrave Square. For unknown reasons, she must had been modeling and suddenly had extra limbs like the artwork. I know Cynthia is becoming nude with her lower body is already in stone. It'll be a matter of time before she turns into a piece of art. One knows whether tourists would see Cynthia as the Vitruvian Man.
