Chibi Samus Aran. Paintchat once again.While I am a fan of Metroid, it's always been moreso Classic Metroid gamestyle that I love.
And since I despise the Gamecube, and very much dislike the Wii, it's sad I won't ever play the newer games.
Ah well. I still have the NES, SNES, GB and GBA games to love. Granted I could try the DS games...

The Controllers mainly.
The Gamecubes was just a train wreck.
And the Wii, while I admit innovative... I just couldn't get into.
This is all beside the fact that I also buy systems for the prospected games. And with Nintendo not liking certain Genre' or certain types of games, it makes me not want to buy the system, despite of how cheap they are.
Granted, I also have no plans to buy a PS3 either... too expensive, and all the games I tend to want are multi-platform.
It's funny, but Nintendo still consistantly makes the BEST handheld systems. Always has. I do love my PSP... but I've definatly had more fun with my DS.

you should take the time to train yourself on the Wii controls, while frustrating at first, it got to be very compelling and fun after about a month

No thank you. That's way too long to just "Get used" to something.
I had a 3 day weekend to play with one, and quite frankly, if by that time I can't even get used to it, it's not worth my time.
Especially between drawing time, watching anime ect... I don't want to waste the time I have to play something that frustrates the hell out of me, instead of having fun with other systems.

dont rush perfection,
you're just not giving it enough diligence, just you wait, there'll be games you TRULY want to play on the Wii.
in my case for other things, i dont mind waiting to get the best result out of something, it is only after an extensive period of time that i will toss something aside that i cannot truly grasp.
