There is another ending I find sadder than this one. Don't get me wrong I was almost in tears when I got to this part. But the other one you can choose to let Eleanor take your Adam or not. If you choose not to you will see what I mean.

Yes, I find the ending your talking about to be the best of the endings; though it isn't the happiest. Delta can finally be at piece with himself that he got his daughter out of that underwater hellhole, and he sets her on a path were she can have a fresh start, with freedom and freewill. I prefer this ending over any other. It's sad though, that no ending is truly happy since Delta dies in everyone of them. Every play through when I get this ending, I just feel a piece of joy die inside of me as one of my favorite characters in video games dies.

I just finished BS2 a few hours ago and saved Lamb and received this ending, and I cried since Delta went through an underwater hell only to die at the surface, still is the bed Big Daddy out there, Nice Shot BTW
