The Yaran are a lizard-like folk with short stature. They have a past filled with tragedies, suffering as slaves and being thrown into depravity and savagery. But even through all the suffering, they never lost contact with their culture, as they believe their ancestors to be alive in the River of Memories, even if they can't fully manifest in the material world.
