Here's my character The Atomic!!!

Allegiance: Villain
Height: 6'0

Reflexes: normal
Flight: Yes
Fighting Skills: Minimal

Powers: He has flight capability, absorbing more power the closer he gets to the sun.
His body actually converts solar energy into the energy that he is able to discharge from his body.
Once he reaches a certain level of stored energy, he begins to radiate and glow.
With concentration, this energy radiation can leave burns if he touches something and can even melt some objects.
He can discharge his energy from his eyes and hands (though not at the same time) or release it from his entire body like one large explosion!

History: Tom Michaels was an employee of Khemica, a chemical company that was disposing of toxic waste illegally into the water system. (Radiance also got her powers by drinking the water locally)
During a random DNREC audit, one of the auditors, noticing Michaels illegally disposing of hazardous waste, yelled out at him to stop!
Michaels, not knowing they were there, was startled and tried to hide by running into a room full of drums that were also being dumped illegally.
Not being able to see in the dark room, he slipped on some chemical on the floor and fell into the near empty drums of two different chemicals.
The two mixing chemicals got all over him as he tried desperately to get up, then falling out of the room and into the sun and burning with the reaction of the chemicals and the sun's rays together.
The auditors were horrified and took off to get help for the man but when they returned, he was gone. Michaels was never seen again but the mysterious Atomic appeared soon thereafter!
Khemica got away with their illegal activities by paying off the auditors but The Atomic is bent on vengeance!
