I always liked the concept of a mermaid falling in love with an angel. So sad, but it makes for a good love story. ^_^ I also envy your watercolor skills. Watercolors are the hardest to do for me! X.x

My biggest problem with water colours pretty much boils down to that you have to set it all up to work with them, and often have to leave the wet paper for hours before going back to your work. I don't think I'm doing it the way the media was originally intended to be used.

Same here! Often I would want to rush through it just to get it done while I was in the mood of inspiration, and the colours would bleed together.
