I got really mad at a girl who shamelessly hotlinked from practically all the big W.I.T.C.H. fanpages out there. So I made these.The three images can be found seperately at this gallery as well, and people are free to use them on their fanpages in their struggle against bandwidth theft. ^_~

Hotlinking is when somebody is stealing another persons bandwidth, making that other person pay for the thief's traffic on their webpage.

See, and I wanted to do a whole w.i.t.c.h. site of my own (but I only have screen shots that I took from my phone and the very first comic)... but there are all these sites that are stealing images and content from other sites, I'm actually afraid to make one of my own (they might mistake me for one of the theives).
As for the diviation, I absolutely love it! Chibi Orube is just so cute (I like her character so much). And with Cedric's long speech... rofl... goodness. Mind if I use them?

And I thought that you'd like to know that right clicked and clicked on proporties on many pictures and most of them are from varying links. So I think she's still hotlinking, despite what she says on the homepage. She says if you use any of my graphics - you must link me - but they aren't hers anyway!

She's definitely still hotlinking. I've found two different semi-official sites in less than three minutes. One from Bulgaria and one from the Filipinos. And from the Italian fansite [link] as well. Stupid little double morale band width thief:/

It's when you view images on your homepage (img src
That way, you get to view the image on your homepage, and nobody can see that it isn't hosted by you by just looking at the picture, while the other person have to pay the bill for the bandwidth. - In other words: You are stealing bandwidth from that other person.
This is a huge problem for for instance webcomics, who suddenly realises that they are paying twice the bill they should.

They are AWESOME!..... but I think that's a bad point in this case XD I mean, if I was a pathetic loser who steals bandwith, I would want to add these to my collection as well XD They are just so well drawn, adorable and cool!!
But I hope that loser will stop hotlinking O.o it's annoying!

Well, if half of those 500 pictures you are hotlinking with shows up as one of these, I think people would get the point.
And yes, the person who provoked me to this was BAD. Her "gallery" litteraly had more than 1300 pictures. And a very large part of those were hotlinked.
