Other projects I've started over the years included creating a ton of comic book characters in Hero Creator, just to see if I could. Here's one: The X-Men! The team includes Cyclops, Phoenix, Banshee, Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Rogue, Gambit, Wolverine and Shadowcat. I never got to finish it. If you look around my gallery you'll find I did some other merry mutants not pictures here including Havok, Polaris, Angel, Iceman, Beast, Dazzler and the Scarlet Witch.Related content

You made great Gambit character. Here he's similar to "Wolverine and The X-Men" version of him. And Rogue looks like from TAS. You chose my fav versions of them! I really like it!

I'm glad you liked them, FreshToxinn. Oddly enough, I've never been much of a Gambit fan, but his look came together pretty easy in the HC program. When I was looking at reference, it might have been a TAS pic that gave me the best pic of Rogue's costume, who've I've always enjoyed as character. Her ties to Mystique, Magneto and Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers) and her unique power set have made her very enjoyable to read about.

I like Gambit because he's got great personality and life attitude.
Rogue is my fav female character in whole Marvel Universtum. She's got huge potential and I'm not pleased how it had changed in comics. I prefer depressed Rogue, who can't touch. I'm not sadist or sth but I think her power should involve loneliness. I love her relationship with Remy and I hate person, who put her with Magneto.
I like TAS, these series are my childhood. My mom prohibited me to watch it, haha. My heart beated faster when I was watching it. And I also think that Rogue's TAS costume was the best.

Nothing like watching -- and enjoying -- something that's forbidden. When I was in trouble as a kid, I had to smuggle books and comics into the house as typically the first thing I was grounded from was reading.
Yes I love the fact that Rogue wants to be close to people but has to pull back for fear of her powers. It gives her a tragic dimension.
I understand your love for Gambit. Nightcrawler always struck me as someone who also loved life, which seemed at odds considering his looks. And of course that's exactly why it works so well with his character and background.

Just a hobby. I write fan fic, am a self-taught pseudo digital artist but have an imagination that won't stop. In my other identity, I'm a librarian.
