It makes more sense if you're familiar with the comics. Denmark obscenely opens his legs when being interviewed by the Newspaper Club, and Hong Kong yells "Predator!" and makes that posture when startled. I've only seen him do it with China, though, but I will get to explaining why he did that here in a future comic.
