my pleasure Sherry, yeah things are ok, springs a springing so life gets a bit hectic for the next 6months which is good and bad..more money but less time to play .. still, i have built up a pretty huge selection of pieces to render so my pc can slave away while i slave away at work

I love this time of the year when things are blooming.
The trip was tiring, but now the hard part of finding the right house is here.
I will be so glad when I can finally be settled in. But have to do what I have to do for the time being.

I only brought one kitty with me. The other kitty is so old and I think the long trip would have been to hard for her, so she is with family now. I miss her so much too, but having "Majik" with me has made it easier.
I made the trip in 2 days. Drove half way then stopped and got a hotel room, got up early the next day and drove the rest of the way in. The cat was real good and slept a lot on the 2nd day and has adjusted very good. She thinks she is the QUEEN. LOL
The only adventure I had on the entire trip was when I hit some traffic in Oklahoma and a truck full of white chickens was turned sideways in the hwy and there was a few of those critters running around like crazy. heee heee

That's so sad about the one cat. My ginger she is pushing 16 I think...She's a good traveler she will sit and just hang out for how long it takes...the calico will just meow constantly and I think the white will join in mostly to tell the calico to shut up...don't know. But my ginger jumped up on a ledge the other morning and I don't know what she did but she started to yowl over and over and I noticed she was having problems moving her back leg. Then she gave me this real sad tired look like she was saying I've had enough, it broke my heart. Hours before that, she was racing up and down the hall in the middle of the night. So go figure LOL.
Will Majik miss the other one? You know what that means right?
Poor chickens...I'd love to have a place where I could have my own chickens...fresh -REAL- eggs! I'd want the fancy chickens, the ones with the furry feet

Yes I hated to leave her behind, but she is where she needs to be. She will be well taken care of as everyone loves her dearly.
I hope your kitty is going to be OK. They get arthritis sometimes when they get older, as my oldest cat has it. Sometimes the poor girl can barely walk.
Will Majik miss the other one? I think she did at first, but she is doing real good alone. She seems to get more attention now. Plus my boyfriend is really getting closer and closer to her. She adores him. She is happy and well taken care of by us. Such a sweety too.
Yeah those chickens were freaking out. I am sure they got them all back in thier pens though.
