Hahahahahahh! My first one actual was pretty nice, though it was just a random fractal that I hadn't manipulated or anything. It was an odd Julia shape, like a handkerchief (though that wasn't one of the parameters that was on), coloured blue with streaks of brown. I loved it.

I couldn't even tell you what that was ... LOL
That one is not manipulated either. It is the real McCoy. Handkerchief images come a lot from Wizard Soup script. I didn't even know what that script button was for. ha .... I just clicked the green arrow. OMG!! It will spin and I would stop it real fast. LOL

This is good for your first render. I do understand what you mean about looking at your first images and then laughing about them. I don't have my very first ones saved on a disc, because I didn't have the forethought to do that. But my first fractals and flames are at renderosity (posted under a different screenname) and when I go back and look at some of them, I laugh because I remember thinking at the time how beautiful they were. I had thought about deleting some of them and then I decided I wasn't going to do that. It is a good yardstick to use to measure my improvements as a fractal artist.
I do like the form of this and I also love that lighter background.

It's a forceful strong image. Not bad at all.
I can't remember mine.

Thank you. I have all of my first things on a disk and I giggled so hard at them. This one was my very first.
