Even then, Dialga would still have the advantage due to its absolute control of time which it certainly can use to full effect like time loops, timestop, etc. Its literally time itself for the Pokemon realm.

This would be a match I would LOVE to watch. One thing though you have Aegis being cracked but that is a holy shield and cannot be broken. Anyway, knowing both of these characters I don't know how it would turn out but I'm pretty sure it would go down to the wire.

Well, the shield is another product of Chrome Digizoid. If an attack from a God of Time won't break it I don't know what will.

Well, it's been infused with holy energy. The holy shield Aegis supported by the Holy Lance Gram. Neither shield nor lance could be broken. It's just how it was crafted chrom-digizoid or not. Even in X-Evolution when Dukemon was fighting the swarm of Dex-DORUgreymon everything but his Shield was cracked and worn.
His lance was a lightsaber so I don't think a lightsaber can crack. lol.

This is simply an unrealistic situation. Why? Because I, DUKEMON, SHALL SLAY YOU!!!
But yeah. I always simply viewed twice-evolved pokemon to be equal to Adult Digimon, while the Legendary Pokemon about equal to a very powerful Adult or, a weak Perfect. Just the way things play out in my mind.

Actually, he spoke like that in Tamers and Savers. The same voice actress that voiced Takato's Dukemon basically played the same character for the Dukemons of X-Evolution and Savers. And it was awesome.

I think in terms of raw strength, Dialga is superior, because of his mass. Also, Dialga has the advantage of the ability to control time. On another note, Gallantmon has Digital Hazard and Crimson Mode (and even X-Antibody form), but I still think, Dialga would win.

Well actually Gallantmon have shield and armor maded from pure digizoid and if this Dialga would be a digimon then it would have chance to defeat him but this way not really since that armor is almost imposible to break unless you are really strong mega lvl digimon :/ but this controling time could give her small advantage :/

Actually Chrome Digizoid is strong but not invulnerable like Gold Digizoid or powerful and everlasting like Red Digizoid. And Dialga, being a deity and all, can distort time. Therefore, he could forcefully age the Digizoid to the point of disintegration.
