Hello everyone! I decided to give this adoptables thing a shot and so far it's been swell. ^ 0^I hope you guys like them as much as I enjoyed making them.
I think I'll start with pricing they at $15. Let me know if that's too high or low or what have you. I'm open to talking it out! :')
UPDATE: I now take points! ♥ Just go to the commission widget located on my page.

Incredible and unique, great quality. It's different from all the other adoptables on the market today. I believe this will and should be a great addition to a collector's gallery.

I think I figured out wot they mean, but if it's the commissions system Deviantart has, it is awful and takes %20 of your commission.

Well I am having trouble with prices =u= And so far your style and such is the most similar to mine that I've seen, so I'm glad I wasn't far off of your prices. Mine aren't doing so well though. owo I don't think people go for the un-anime adoptables.

When I was looking for similar things, I just used anything not dwarfed in anatomy.
Those all sold at around $15-20, with the rare $25 for something extra spiffy! Haha.
I've had a lot of "I wish I could buy these!" but absolutely no real takers. Has only been a couple days, though!
In my searches for examples, I've seen even more realistic styles get sold out, though.
Might depend on popularity. We both have under 1o.ooo page views. :')
Still I'm going to take jabs in other areas to be sure. Anthropomorphisms and pets are exceedingly popular.

I was told to get them into as many adoptable groups as possible! So I did. Hahahaha. A friend has been helping me out with that.
I'm wondering if I should be priced lower as well, which is why I just put something down and let it open for discussion.

It was a bid that started at $20, and went all the way up to $140. I think they were a really popular artist though...which is rather sad because they were just ordinary chibis. They were well colored and drawn, but no nuance or anything remotely creative.
Faith in humanity was lost that day.
Hmm I dunno. ;u; I think for Etsy, although a drawing might be considered handmade, it has to be a physical item. I think using real cash options other than paypal is riskier :0 there's always the routing number to your bank and money orders, but those both carry heavy risks. .3. Paypal is the safest for cash I think.

I think the main reason is because you have to have a bank account attached to it, and a lot of users don't have credit/debit cards. They might get points from their parents or from commissions =u= Points just seem so useless to me @^@ the only thing they're good for is for renewing your premium membership.

Maybe I just don't get why dA introduced the point system to begin with. Since it's still the same price, you still have to put in the same amount of money as something is worth. but it's just in a different form that is sometimes accepted, and sometimes not... rather than a form that is always accepted. @ 0@;;

And as for points...I'd rather not have anything to do with them. They're a way for DA to make money, that's it. :I You don't get any money back from them, you just get 'goods' on this site.
