Hello, my friends.
I've watched the new "Sherlock Holmes" movie trailer just few days ago and I am enchanted. It is beautiful, funny, dynamic. I know that lots of people think this portrayal of Holmes is in many ways an insult to the canon, but I find the change interesting and refreshing (with all my love to other adaptations).
And... let's face the truth: RDJ and Jude Law make the cutest Holmes and Watson in history!
I started to make this pic just yesterday and it's quite sketchy but actually - I like it

I agree! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the book series, and, while I do think that the new portrayal isn't quite accurate, I love the movie as well. I think that when you take it, and look at it apart from the books that you really enjoy it. Amazing drawing.

Love this film. My fabourite movie. The people who say this film isnt faithful to the canon have never read any of ACD's Sherlock Books.

I just saw this movie a few days ago! Itwassogood.
I read a few of the books before I saw the movie, and I don't think RDJ's Holmes was an insult to canon. There were even some parts in the movie where I was like, "Oh, they practically quoted that from one of the books!" Granted, the movie was more action-y than the books, but hey, that's entertainment. Besides, you gotta love RDJ and JL!
