Biography: Because Circuit Breaker is a mutant of secrecy, he chooses not to release too much about his past or his true identity. His life before becoming Circuit Breaker is currently unknown.

Hobbies: Technology fascinates Circuit Breaker. He finds pleasure in building new gadgets for battle, working on technological devices (cars, computers, game systems, handheld gadgets), and he likes customizing and creating new technological devices. He also likes to use his powers on objects and enemies, training his powers to new zeniths.

Dislikes: Because of his big ego, Circuit Breaker hates to lose in battle. Losing in battle makes him feel inferior and inadequate.

Powers: Circuit Breaker is a technopath. This means that he can control technology with his mind. This ability allows him to control vehicles (land, air, and sea), computers, lights, bombs, and everything else technology with a mere thought.

Circuit Breaker is also very tech savvy. Because he is a technopath, his powers grant him the ability to understand everything about technology. Because of this, he can build bombs, hover boards, jetpacks, cars, computers, etc. Even though he can do and build such things, his intelligence in other subjects (math, social studies, science, writing, reading, etc.) is on the high school level. He can only figure out complicated math problems if it is applied to building something that has to do with his powers, such as building a car.

The Circuit Suit: The Circuit Suit is the costume that Circuit Breaker created, plus it does more than hide his identity. The suit is actually one gigantic utility belt. With just a mere thought, Circuit Breaker can slide weapons out from within his suit and make the weapons appear in his hands. His suit also allows him to shoot blue beams from his hands.

The Circuit Board: Circuit Breaker also customized and turned a surfboard into a hover-board. With this hover-board, he can fly through the air. He also packed his board with various weapons he created for battle, plus he can use the board itself as a weapon.

Note: Circuit Breaker is the only person in the world who can use his weapons, his suit, and board. His gadgets will not work or turn on unless controlled by a technopath. In other words… you must be a technopath in order to work his gadgets.

Weakness: Circuit Breaker’s powers do not work if he in an area where there is zero technology present. For example… his powers would not work if he was in a desert, lost at sea, etc. His powers only work if there is technology present, or if he has technology on him that can help him out of certain situations.
