The dresses they are wearing are called dirndl, traditional German dresses. I went to the Oktoberfest for the first time and was amazed at how many people actually wore traditional clothes there.I'd love to get myself a dirndl but the good looking ones are way too expensive ;__;
Sorry for not replying to your messages I didn't browse dA for the past weeks because I was busy with moving and now I don't have WiFi and it takes too much time for my crappy mobile broadband to load this website. It's not that great to be honest. I don't like Munich that much (except for the Japanese restaurants), everything is outpriced, there are hardly any signposts so it's hard to not get lost, I still don't have a proper internet connection (I finally got my LAN connection to work just now but it's SO slow and this new stupid deviantart layout is the death of my connection because it takes ages to load) and the worst thing is that my maths prof is speaking with a heavy bavarian accent and I don't understand a word (it's like a completely different language for me). Or no, the worst thing is actually that I can't properly watch any shows or movies because I couldn't take my TV with me and I hate watching anything on my PC or laptop monitor (way too small, you can't enjoy it!).
I really miss my old flat.
