I read the books years ago.. Must've been about 14. But if I had to guess at her name I'd say Sylvana? Nothing else comes to memory.

She is Silvara. And i guess this is the statue of her sister, who was a lover of the hero (2 romances between warriors and mighty dragonesses during whole the series!). She is silver dragon and silver dragons are so respectful to humanoids that even do prefer to take forms of humanoids (despite everyone who see silver dragons say that they are incredibly beautiful and even fell in love while dragons are also really baddass while metal ones are kind-hearted)
