Great colors. How do u make the different shapes?
That is something that still eludes me..

The shapes?
Umm... the clouds are made using just elipse tool and the mode was fill layer. The long cylindrical stuff was made using rounded rectangle tool; mode: fill layer. I used the pen tool for the colourful wavy stuff and the black and white buildings. I used gradient for the background and the white transparent things at the upper left corner.
Now that you know, go make some stuff~

yeah billabong shirts most of the time have crazy designs on there shirts and stuff and this seems like something like they would put on a shirt with thier logo on it
