the choice of colors is awesome...I just don't really like the fact that the title itself and the artist name are right in the middle of the paint...it sounds a little "pleonastic"...

Sure~
Overall, the stuff in here is quite easy to do. The only thing that's hard is the arranging process. There's lots of pen tool use here (the wavy things, buildings). The clouds are made using the elipse tool, mode: fill layer; just use the tool and overlap the circles to make it look like that. Oh, and press 'shift' when you use it to make it a perfect circle. The buildings is just pen tool stuff; just trace from a stock photo.
That's all I can think of right now. If my .psd file would help, I'm willing to give it to you.
