Horse Name: WIld Card
Rider : Kyle Carter
Stables : Rivendell Stables
Class : Cross Country

"Easy!" Kyle ordered through clenched teeth, "Woah, Milo." She sat far back in her saddle, wrestling with the reins to regain control of her horse. Milo was a young guy, just over five years old. The snowstorm had turned him into a maniac. It took Kyle and Lynn an hour to lunge him before he stopped bucking, then another half hour to convince him to trot at the end of the lunge line rather than gallop. In the end, though he was drenched in sweat, Kyle could still see the wild look in his eye. "Nothing more we can do," Kyle told her friend and business partner, Lynn, "He'll be dead before he's calm."
"At least you know he'll clear the jumps." Lynn offered with an optimistic smile.
"Oh he'll clear them, I just wish he wouldn't take off two strides early over some of these obstacles." Milo tended to do that when he was all riled up, despite Kyle's attempts at a normal jump.
"You guys will make it. Just remember the conditions. Be careful around turns and steady on the approach. Whatever you do, don't let Milo loose his mind out there. I don't want him to break either of you." Lynn grinned and patted the gray on the neck. "Now go get 'em, you crazy horse."
