Frank Sinatra. Got the design from a free site. There is a glare on it but the blue part is slightly metallic. Used a shimmer texture semi-transparent black paint and then added deep blue over it. I love the way it looks and love the design. The stencil ripped all to hell when I was peeling it off so that sucks. For some reason my spray adhesive is sticking way stickier than ever lately and it's been a problem.Spray paint on acrylic art paper.
