I don't think it's a question of her having bigger wings. I think it's more that she has very little wing power. Look at that Roid Rage guy: has the same size wings as Scoot, but he can fly just fine...
Hmmm, now that I think about it, since Roid Rage has, well, you know, and with how small his wings are from said use of anabolic steroids and how the term "wing boner" is brought up alot, do pegasi consider their wings their, um, "Happy Zone"?
