Scraperboard is a white clay type board ( can be a cardboard or a hardwood type ) and is covered in black ink. You use a sharp tool like a scalple to scratch away at the ink line by line or dot by dot...

Depending on were you are you might be able to get it from your local art supply store, if not then you will have to order it either via an art store or the net. It isnt cheap tho.
