Description
Would angels tear out there wings if they knew what it meant to be human? To love and long to be loved? Do they know what fear feels like? What comfort is?Do they know how beautiful it is to feel every single emotion, to laugh and cry and scream?
Does touch mean anything to them? To hold the ones we love in our arms and feel their heart thrumming in our own chest?
Do they see how magnificent we are?

This piece was a simple idea that in the end became something much deeper for me. It grew a story, a personality of its own. I tried to capture the vulnerability of our flesh. The essence of being fragile, beautiful creatures. I want to explain more about this picture, but find my vocabulary insufficient and my descriptions unsatisfactory.
- I will admit that yes, I did do some photoshopping to remove my tattoos, but I felt it was necessary for the impact I wanted. I never said I was a purist when it came to photography.

The patches/bandages are nice work and the over all colouring of the photo is somewhat fitting. I kinda feel like he/she (I really want to say he, but since we can't see the front and angels can be both, I think I'll go with he for now on) was found bleeding some where and was brought into the hospital where they took these pics.
The colouring also makes me believe that it wasn't something that just happened. This angel decided to be human decades ago when this photo was taken.

I know exactly what you mean. Supernatural practically runs my life and Castiel is on my brain every single day. This is why I read 3-4 fanfics a day at least. I can't live without my Castiel fix.
I like the idea that angels may or would look down on humans and envy us. I always here so many wonderful things about angels, like how they are beautiful and powerful and nearly perfect. But what if all of that is nothing compared to everything humanity is? The best of humanity is amazing.

I still have to catch up with this season of Supernatural! 
Castiel is definitely my favorite angel (followed by Gabe!) For a while I was reading a TON of Supernatural fic but then I avoided them for a while so that this past season wouldn't be spoiled too much for me...that and Sherlock has recently taken over my life! lol
Supernatural kind of changed the way that I looked at angels. I always thought that they were powerful and perfect and full of grace...and sometimes on the show they're like that. But then you also get the angels who are, as Dean would say, dicks; and angels who are losing faith or beginning to doubt, and they're all part of this dysfunctional family. Now I'm rambling... see the things that Supernatural does to my brain?

Supernatural has also changed the way I look at angels, of course I really don't believe in angels, but thats besides the point. I think that angels would probably be all self righteous an not care much about people in general because they are closer to god than people. Supernatural has changed my views on many things. XD

Only four months!?! 
Yeah I started watching Supernatural while season 4 was airing, but of course I got addicted to fic and pretty much had everything spoiled...but its all good, I still ended up watching everything over.
This show is life changing.

You know, Fallen Angels actually came into existence because in the Biblical story they were sent by God to protect mankind but ended up falling in love with them so God banished them
