A hot spring in Yellowstone park. The red color in the bottom of the pool is due to the bacteria thriving in the heat. Red means the water is hot, but not as hot as orange, yellow, green, or blue, which is the hottest.Related content

I love this shot. The color, texture and mixture of near/far scenery is really great. I wonder what this would be like in B&W? It looks like an ideal location but then you would lose the red color of the pool.
