Nice design, nice eyes, nice hat, and nice non-evil-villain-like-nose.
You've improved greatly since your previous realism attempts!
There are a few things that are off. The rest are fine.
1- Her hair. She doesn't seem to have enough. The pencil lines you sketched with shouldn't be visible. The strands are too thick, and the hair looks fake, due to that.
For her eyebrows, don't outline them with a different colored pencil.
Use the one you're coloring with. People with blonde eyebrows don't have black outlining.
2- Her mouth. Don't outline it. The upper lip is darker than the lower lip. Use two color pencils to color the lips instead of a lead pencil.
3- Her eyes. She looks cross eyed. The bottom lashes should be thinner than the top row.
4- Her arm. Her right arm looks odd near the fold.
5- Her clothes. Um......unless you were intending to make it looks so, her chest isn't covered...............Mind how clothes drop and flow on bodies.

Well im out here to get critiqued so thank u ill keep this thingis in mind and im just bad at blending colors and stuff bcs never had somone to learn me but ill try

Just try pressing harder on the pencils and keep sharpening them for constant thin lines.
I haven't either. I think that perfectly explains why I am the loser I am. At art, and life.
And yes, I am proud of being a loser.
