Well you can always buy Crayolas. I have Prismacolors, but I prefer Crayolas anyway. They're cheap, have a variety of colors, and the best of all, IF YOU CREATE A PIECE THAT IS JUST AS AWESOME AS SOMEONE WITH PRISMACOLORS, YOU SEEM LIKE A BOSS.
I bet you have a black marker, at least. You can just ink then! I recommend the Sakura micron pens if you decided to buy some.
Another awesome coloring thing is watercolors. I really like watercolors, because they're cheap, look nice, and look nice. XD But the thing that's a con is that they bleed paper, so you need to buy watercolor paper, which is pretty expensive.
They have this two set of watercolor paper on amazon for $14. I think it costs more now, but you should buy it, it's great.
