Sorry if the quality isn't up to your standards.
I don't have a tablet so painting would be pointless.
This is pure photomanipulation( effects & layers) and paint bucket.
I did the blurs to make up for the lack of quality.
I really like this new mask, what do you think his new powers are?

thanks, I recommend you check out Pokefreak and Amaretti (both are also on deviantart).
They're way better but Amaretti's gallery on DA is incomplete check this link for the stuff that's not on DA.

It's actually part of the original drawing. Don't use photoshop + no tablet so I decided to use as much of the original as I could
