I don't know what program you use for this If it has something like "normal map", "bump map" when you texturing you simple make a black and white version of the texture and ad that version as bumpmap. It will look more 3Dish without modelling the tiles one by one

Oh, I'm using sketchup for the models and PMD editor for making the map itself, the floor isn't each and every tile, it's a big flat square with floor texture on it

The point of bump map is exactly this: you can use this big flat square's black and white version as the bump map and the software make it 3D where it is needed. Darker places will be deeper. But I don't find info about bump map in PMD editor.

You should learn to use Blender. It is professional and free. A little confusing at first but there are lot of tutorials about it. So it is easy to learn

I like the simple programs, I make as little as I can in sketchup because I really love PMD editor, it's so powerful and easy...
