I CAN'T CHOOOOOOOOSEI personaly like both....1 has hat charming cartoon feel and his eye is awesome
2 has that anime style i adore and his eye is lovely~ both their hair is great
their outfits I made up on spot and will change

#1 with #2's eye, and bowtie (or in-between size) and vest. (keep 1's jacket and collar) also #2's hat...

I hope i helped! I think i tried to do a mix with mine, (i fail at drawing tough XD)
and I notices. I think though, when it comes down it it, (usually you can tell when colored in) that whatever you like best, if the way to go. It's your vetoing of him, for have fun and do what you think looks best!
