Alright, right off the bat, I really adore the shading. It's really nice ans smooth, and fits the drawing well. The color choices and background goes mix pretty well, it's great! Onto some things you can work on, I think the anatomy is a bit wonky, as the neck is a big elongated. The eyes have great coloring, but the shape could be improved. The facial expression could be improved too, and the chin shape looks a bit awkward considering the angle. The hat placement is a bit wonky as well, but that could easily be fixed. All in all, a great piece of work, just work more on anatomy! ^^
