Welcome to America, we celebrate things by setting them on fire!Hopefully this isn't the most overused storyboard out there.
EDIT: Okay yeah I know they're Japanese. Roy would travel to the other side of the planet to blow something up and Marth knows everything. Plothole solved!

Unless you live in California, you can't do any of it yourself, except the little confetti pop gun things. You have to get to the beach, 3-5 hours prior to sunset to get a place to sit, so you can watch the cities' shows.
