Another OC is thrown into the Mix! I was originally going to post her up on DA earlier, but I decided to wait for a while until she's ready. (Her original design can be seen in this pic next to Naurue's new one: [link] )
I just updated her design recently since it was her birthday yesterday (December 29th) and I already uploaded it to FA then. IMO, it's much better than the old one.

But I digress, onto the formalities: This girl is Varia Shi-Nyoun, a humanoid dragon girl who's Naurue's best friend and "sidekick." Despite this, she actually has a much more complex background and history than her friend. Despite looking so cute and happy in this pic, in reality, she is a shy, introverted, and insecure girl.

Aside from the change from her original outfit, she is given a new hairstyle similar to a hime cut and her bangs have new ribbons on them, plus a hairclip on her right bang.

Her mother separated from the family when Varia was a small child, and since then her father and older brothers followed ancient Vlieganan traditions of females being viewed somewhat as second-class citizens and don't treat her with much respect (this tradition was actually abandoned by other Vlieganan about 50 years ago). She met Naurue in junior high and has been her best friend since, but her interests differs greatly from Naurue's. A quiet girl, Varia doesn't like getting people mad, since she gets scared easily. She is currently unsure about her sexuality, and it gives her chills just thinking about it. Due to her race having temp resistance from -60 to 200 Degrees Fahrenheit, she is usually seen barefoot or in sandals.
