Diesel 3 was new on Sodor plus, she was also the newest diesel for the Dieselworks in Vicarstown. She was rolling with her engine, the NS Plan U to the Dieselworks. Once she was there, she stepped out of her engine and walked into the entrance of the Dieselworks. She looked around and then, a guy walked towards her. His name was Derrick, better known as Diesel 10 as his allias. Diesel 3 wanted to introduce her, but got interrupted by Diesel 10 flirting with her:

Diesel 10: Say now, what does a cute girl like you doing here in MY Dieselworks, hmm?~

Diesel 3: Uhmm, i-i'am Dani, b-but you can c-call me Diesel 3...

Diesel 10: Well, nice to meet you, Dani~ I'm Derrick, but i used to by the nickname Diesel 10~
