I like The Walking Dead. Its a good show with a good story and really effects. I just don't like a majority of the characters. Now I haven't gotten everyone's names down right yet so you'll have to bear with me. I like Rick Grimes and Glenn and T-Dog, Merle and Daryl and I hate veryone else. They're annoying, selfish and idiotic. Like how that lady wanted to kill Rick for coming into the store and leading the walkers to them. Then she goes on and acts like a real bitch. I'm sorry but lady... You and your friends are the one who really fucked up. Your the ones who went to a city, you never go to a city during the zombie apocalypse. Its like going to a mall or a graveyard you're only asking for trouble. Then when the walkers get in everyone runs away screaming leaving Merle to die on the roof. Assholes. So yeah a lot of the characters are incredbily unlikeable.Also I don't support racism, sexism, white supremecy or the Neo Nazis. I only like Merle because he's played Michael Rooker. If he wasn't I'd hate him as well.

I could never get interested in the show. Zombies bore me, they're the main monster in waaaaay too many movies, TV series, books, comics..... they could at least demonstrate more imagination and have something NEW as the monster.

At least in Marvel Zombies, they got creative and portrayed how much more dangerous zombies would be if said Zombies are Sentient and were former super heroes and super villains who still had all of the intelligence, as well as all the powers, abilities, skills, and weapons they had when the were alive.

Vampires are so much more cool and stylish, a vampiric Hulk perhaps a lot scarier, though trying to find him an operatic cape and haunting the streets to seduce gullible female prey would be more comedic than terrifying...

Interesting concept.
I think that a Vampire Hulk would be more like a Gamma-Powered version of a 30 Days of Night Vampire (The Feral Type of Vampire) as opposed to a Classical Vampire, though.
Tony Stark/Iron Man might make a decent Classical Vampire, though.

They left Merle to die on a roof because he would have killed T-Dawg and probably Rick if he got out of the cuffs, which he did try to do.
And Andrea just wanted to defend her group.
Also, this is realistic. People would kill each other if we had no government anymore, even if cannibalistic idiots were wandering around moaning.

They had to make supply runs. And they knew how to do so without alerting the zombies to their presence. Rick really did fuck it up for them. Andrea's probably one of the single most realistic characters on the show, but I admit she did piss me off when she decided that it's suddenly okay to just shove a gun in a cop's face for no reason. Bad introduction on the show's part. Made her irritating from the start. But Andrea would have been a hell of a character if Amy hadn't died. In fact, in the comic, she gets with Rick later on.
And fuck, they didn't have time to go back for someone like Merle. He didn't deserve their sympathy anyway. Merle had absolutely no redeeming qualities beyond his final sacrifice. He was a pretty pathetic piece of shit and I was upset that they randomly stuck his character in the show. I know he was there to give more depth to Daryl's character and give him opposition and a driving force, but good lord.
The deal with this show is the characters act like people would actually act. They're human. They have a lot of faults. Just like real people. This show portrays humanity exactly as it is.
