Have any of you ever noticed the similarities between Hellraiser and Wishmaster? For instance, the Djinn acts and sounds like Pinhead. The fire opal is The Lament Configuration. He can only kill in a certain way. The only way for the Djinn to kill you is if you make an obscure wish and he twists it around to kill you, hurt you or bring misery to your life. The he takes your soul. The Cenobites can only kill you if you solve the Lament Configuration. Then they drag your soul to hell to torture you for all eternity. Hell even the F/X are the same in both films. I'm not saying Wishmaster is bad, I think its pretty good. I juts think its a Hellraiser rip-off.Related content

I wouldn’t say rip-off but both do have certain similarities from each other. The Djinn and Pinhead also have their own versions of monstrous dogs.

I think it would be a short film since the Wishmaster can't do anything unless someone makes a wish and I doubt Pinhead would be dumb enough to fall for that so I think it would be a one sided fight with Pinhead wiping the floor with Wishmaster.
