I...I don't know why sims put their engagement and wedding rings on the wrong finger
That chick behind Sky's head is a downtown NPC who is inexplicably having dinner with Kurogane's mum. The patch for the Nightlife expansion makes random pairs of sims eat out together whenever you go to a restaurant, and it's fine with downtownies, but it looks so weird when my own sims get involved...
