As a critique, anatomy wise, the bicep is sitting on the arm like a growth rather than flowing with the arm as a muscle group. Have a look at some anatomical references or even photos of athletic or muscular (natural body builders, not massively steroid-fuelled) men to observe the way muscles sit and move on a person.

Oh okay, I wasn't sure because of low resolution photo whether the entire work was done in pipe cleaners or the pipe cleaners were your armature
