Description Poetry is emotion refined. Add rhythm, pour in soul, and a touch of rhyme.
Within moments, how you feel for a friend, a lover, or stranger will combine.
It matters not if the moment is quick or takes great lengths of time.
As long as you pour yourself into every single line.

It is the hand that molds the clay,
but it is given shape by the mind.
Words are no different.
All you need is imagination and time.

Help me sculpt this work.
Let my words ring true.
Because if you like this poem

Yes I do dig the thoughts behind it. One thing...I was re-reading the last stanza and you might want to change 'wrote' in the last sentence to 'written'

Thumbnails in comments? I haven't the slightest.... I've become increasingly interested in what event occurred to give rise to human consciousness. As well as the thoughts and ideas that must have arose in those experiencing this new sensation. So I dug your poem.
