what i see is, every disney movie need a gap like 10 years to make a sequel, like Toy Story 2 -> 3 need 10 years, monster inc. -> monster university 10 years ~

They're both Pixar - this is Disney
I think it's fairly close to being greenlit but I still think we'd be looking at a good 2-3 years.
