ADOPTION RULES:
The owner may re-sell the character for half of what they paid, unless if they have art of them.
If the current owner gives the character to someone else the previous owner must notify me so I can update the MasterList.
The owner may slightly alter the colors BUT NOT the species traits.
The owner must give me, Halabaluu , credit for the species. I'd love to see what the owner does with their GooP!
