I'm sure people will find many technical flaws with this, but I'm hoping people will have the imagination to look at the image as a whole instead of nit picking
The hair of course isn't perfect but I did the best I could using brushes and I'm very please with the implied movement.Personally I think it is one of my best manips to date, for a few reasons: I finally used some shadows (haha), I like the movement of the hair and also (most of all) I love the water splashing up.
The idea is that this is a snapshot just as she hits the water (thats why only a bit of water has splashed up so far)

I absolutely adore this manipulation. It has so much detail. Where average people would have stopped with the girl on the water, you've added the spashes, her flowing hair, and even flowers on the water. The pink sky also helps it to tie in with the flower, and complete the overall picture.
