There's a much easier way; you can take screenshots by pressing the "print screen" button on your keyboard. Practically all computers have it. It's located in the top right of the keyboard (on most computers) and is labeled "prt sc" (on most computers). Press that, then go to Paint (or another art program) and press paste. Then you can save your screenshot and put it into another image.
