It comes with a .psd file, with lots of layers, don't be afraid, I labelled them and it should be pretty easy to use. But feel free to ask me if you have questions!

I just use Paint Tool SAI and Fire Alpaca (for gifs) ;;w;;

It is possible to draw frames on sai,but not to animate
You need a program like GIMP to animate x3
I always draw the frames on sai and animate on gimp,it comes out good I guess ;o;
