I remember a couple years ago I rode in the car with my older cousins who are boys and they just kept on singing that song over and over again

In Italy is:
Spider Pork Spider Pork
il soffitto tu mi spork
Tu mi balli sulla test
e mi macchi tutto il rest.
Tu qua! Ti amo Spiderpork!

XD
It was a surprise for me to know that Spider Pork was originally Spider Pig. I mean, you can call it also "pork" in english, even if maybe a pork is bigger that a pig... but I was pretty sure that the name wasn't translated from the english version...
Instead! It's a pig not a pork XD
I love the french version too... it's so funny!! The spanish one it's a little strange °_°;
Anyway... great dev XD

thanks!
pork is actually a butchered pig. if you go to a store you ask for pork and not pig *g* - but maybe the italians see them only as food and not as animals *shrugs*

Ah!
So here's the difference!!
For us "porco" pork and "maiale" pig are synonym. When we go to the butcher we ask for "carne di maiale". When these animals are alive, we call the biiiig one Porco (but rarely) and the small one Maiale or Maialino (little pig).... but we use "Porco" less then "Maiale".
We use the word Porco a lot when we want to say to a man an insult (like, i think, swine).
The complexity of two different languages XDDDD

ah, yes! I too only know "porco" in italian. maybe it was a compromise, so everyone would get the "spider-man/pig" joke, even though "spider" was left in english. how are the spider-man comics called in italy? "aragnello" or just "spider-man"?

No, Uomo Ragno (literal translation)
see-> [link]
But after the movies, sometime you can see covers with Spider Man written on it.
I think they used Pork (Porco) because it was easier to put it on the rhyme, and it is shorter. There isn't so many words that rhymes with "maiale". And also Pork sounds more english XD

hmmm, what program you mean? I pixel it in photoshop and animate it in imageready.
as for pixel it, the pig was easy. I googled the pic as a reference, as for the animation, it was pretty simple: there are only three different movements. the legs behind on the left, the legs behind aligned with the ones in the front (plus the pig lowered one pixel, to make it bouncy), the legs behind on the right. that's pretty much it!
