The charging handle wasn't behind the carry handle, it was on the bolt itself, but putting that aside it's brilliant.

I like this. AR rifles look very nice with wood furniture. An A1 upper receiver with a birdcage flash suppressor and a wood grip would make this perfect.

Hmm....very nice. Only problem, the Service rifle is heavily based off of both the M16A1 and the AR-10. What you have there is an M16A4 with an A1 style hand-guard.

While in-game I hated the wood...The way you've done it here brings it back in my eyes. Always did feel like the NCR were the best faction.
