A "remake" of one of my earliest pieces of pony fan-art, as it was originally envisioned:

At the time I could barely draw a recognizable pony and the idea of my pulling off a three-quarter view was completely laughable (not that I didn't try). Eventually, I gave up on the perspective I had originally intended and went for a simple side shot. Heck, even her uniform seemed an insurmountably complex addition, so I stripped her naked and made some inane excuse about her being "off-duty".

This week's MLP-ATG-Alumni prompt was "An Action Pony". As I paged through Google Image search results of action movie shots looking for inspiration, the various explosions reminded me of the old drawing I had never been able to pull off and I decided to take another crack at it.

Imagine my surprise, halfway through sketching, when I noticed the date of the original drawing and realized tomorrow is the exact three-year anniversary of the original post!
