I think I need a cookie after this one.... who said I can't try some trendwhore?
As much work as this one was, it really was quite fun to experiment a bit (mini-text and all). And I don't think that I could have picked a better subject then Matrix considering I'm anxious to see the newest installment.

This precious little nugget slipped right by be..... good thing I caught it because this is one of those rare moments when I get to tell you how wonderful you are.... oh wait... I do that every devation of yours... so I guess its not so rare but, I'm still going to do it... LOL....
The design of this is very slick.... I love the shapes and textures in the background... such style!!! If its one thing I LOVE in an artist .... its STYLE! The detail and shading in this is just masterfully done.... It follows the style and inforces the image perfectly. Often I see a piece that the details really distract from the (forgive the pun) ONENESS, of the piece. But this really follows form and completes the image. I really like the text and design overlay here... its subtile and smooth and really enhanses the image. Keep up the great work halfie... I can't wait to see your next piece.

Very interesting work. I would have loved it really if it wasn't based on a 'common' thing, which is Neo from the Matrix running with a gun in his hands. It's like been really overused in my humble opinion.
However the image in itself is very interesting, by the colors and by the different parts it features. You must have had so much layers...O_o
Anyway I just love the mirrored and cut image in the bottom right, it is just fantastic, and might be anything, like perhaps a camera that's not working properly and that shows what's happening, etc, I just love it!
There's just one thing that I don't like really: it's that bottom left part, where everything is so sharp and with straight lines, it like doesn't fit with the smoothness of the ensemble...if you see my point.
Apart of that, great work!

The colours are awesome, a little step away from the traditional vibrant green I usually see associated with Matrix pictures. The circles that seem to bring focus to specific areas seem a bit pointless in most cases...the one lowest I thought was pointing to his crotch the first time I looked o.o thankfully...I erased that thought just before it could occur. All the details for the BG and such are simply amazing, placement and style...just perfect. The darker lines around the gun seem to warp the weapon itself though, though that may just be me. Awesome work!

Great job, I like the detail and the sort of vector effect you got, looks very good. Nice use of colours too, especially how it looks like you've gone down just a few colours but still managing to get a great capture.

Excellent work on this. I really like the technical feel you gave it with the subtle lines/circles/etc. and the inverse in the bottom right corner is a great addition as well.

A great sence of action, and anger in this. It's easy to read from the facial expression Neo has. I love his glasses, and the long black coat..

has anybody else ever found it interesting that the characters in the matrix are conformists against non-conformists??? just look at the clothes... all the agents are wearing the exact same suit, sunglassses.. etc, while neo and trinity and those guys are all in black, leather, trench coats.. (kinda goth almost).... o, and the non-conformists are the good guys... hmmm, maybe its trying to point something out...

Looks really cool, I like the grunge feel towards the bottom, and the weird symbols everywhere are a nice touch. Great job on Neo's face, I recognize him. That says a lot because I have poor eyesight.

it's not too bad except neo (i'm guessing neo here) has a facial profile more like one of the agents. I love the awsome mix of grunge, vectorish and good old trendwhorish minitext the thing comes together really well and the barcode style bit in the corner is a nice touch
